Jen Hill is the illustrator of The Boy With the Pink Hair (Celebra) by Perez Hilton, as well as the author and illustrator of Percy and TumTum: A Tale of Two Dogs (Running Press). She has worked in children's television for almost twenty years and is a graduate from the Rhode Island School of Design.
